I have another issue. Always been a bit of a night owl, but awoke at a normal time. Since moving to Europe, my sleep patterns aren’t adjusting, even after one year. Even if I take a sleeping aid, I am unable to fall asleep soundly until around 530-6am. Then I find I am often sleeping until 12, 1 or 2! I do have an illness and i’m in pain a lot.. but this shouldn’t effect my biological clock or sleep patterns.. Now on top of everything else, I feel like a loser…lol.. Sort of feel like I am on US clock, thus, like someone has plopped me in time zone that everyone else is functioning in, except me! Ugghh.. Depressing.
